This modernly built four–bedroom villa with contemporary decoration, is located a short walking distance from Praia da Galé and offers stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.

Built on three levels, on the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a cloakroom, a large open plan living room to the dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and two bedrooms. From this floor, surrounded by large sliding windows, you can access the garden and the swimming pool, with several lounge areas great for relaxing, and two covered dining areas, perfect for al fresco meals. One of the dining tables is located next to the house and seats up to eight people. Next to the swimming pool there is another covered dining area, equipped with a charcoal barbecue, a sink and a table ideal for accommodating up to eight people. In the garden there is a bathroom, equipped with a shower. On the first floor there is a living area equipped with a large corner sofa and a small table with four chairs, a cloakroom and two bedrooms. In the basement there is a bathroom with shower, a sauna, an indoor swimming pool, a lounge area, a utility room, equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the garage.

The accommodation comprises four double bedrooms with en–suite bathrooms. All the bathrooms are equipped with showers and in the master suites (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor) there is also a hydromassage bathtub. The master suites have “walk in closets” and the other two bedrooms have built–in wardrobes.

The kitchen, very bright, is fully fitted with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, blender, juicer, milk frothier, Nespresso espresso machine and toaster.  Adjacent to the kitchen there is also a pantry.

In the living room there are two comfortable sofas, a smart LED TV and a reading area with two armchairs and a side table. The dining area, surrounded by large sliding windows that give access to the gardens, is connected to the kitchen and has a modern glass dining table with 10 chairs.

Outside there is also a terrace on the first floor with stunning views over the sea. This terrace is equipped with a jacuzzi and a comfortable seating area, with sofas and a coffee table, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the Algarve’s sunsets.

The villa is equipped with electric blinds, Wi–fi system and air conditioning in all rooms (upon
request and at an extra cost).

The indoor pool can be heated upon request and at an extra cost.
