Villa Coco is a beautiful modern four bedroom villa in the Vila Alvas development which is near to the resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the stunning local beaches. The property has been finished to a high standard and includes WIFI, air conditioning throughout and electric shutters.

The villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle, with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and the luxury golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago only a few minutes drive away. There are excellent restaurants, including Alambique, within 5/10 minutes drive away. Julia’s beach is within easy access of the villa either by car or by walking (approximately 20 minutes walk).

LIVING AREA

Spacious open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. Flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. I-pod docking station and Wi-Fi Sonos music system.

The kitchen, situated next to the dining area, is modern in design and is fully equipped, with appliances including Nespresso Coffee Maker, electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, oven and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer.

Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor – double bedroom with double wardrobes and a safe. En-suite shower room.

Villa Coco benefits from lovely spacious exteriors, with a south facing pool deck furnished with sun loungers. The salt water pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres with steps entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplement. Perfect for al-fresco dining, the villa benefits from an integrated gas BBQ and exterior dining table and chairs for 8 persons.
