A luxury six bedroom villa, situated in Vila Sol, a quiet resort located approximately 4km from Vilamoura. The villa is in an ideal position, just a few minutes’ walk from a selection of popular restaurants, bars and shops and benefits from stunning views over the Vila Sol Golf course and lake. Within the Vila Sol resort, and an approximate 15 minute walk from the property, is the Golf Club house and course with restaurant and sports bar and Vila Sol Hotel with gym, spa and tennis courts (available to non hotel guests, local charges apply).

This well presented villa is built over three levels and has the benefit of wireless internet and air conditioning throughout. The villa is fitted with electric window shutters and has an alarm. There is street parking outside the villa.

Ground floor accommodation:

As you enter the villa you are welcomed into a bright and modern entrance hall.

The living room has a comfortable L shaped sofa and chairs and large TV with Sky channels. Two sets of patio doors opening out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden, furnished with comfortable seating.

The open plan dining and kitchen area is spacious and modern with a large table and seating for 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for a self-catering holiday including a fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, wine cooler, coffee machine and blender.

Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Patio doors open out to a covered terrace furnished for dining alongside a gas BBQ and sink area for your use.

Located on the ground floor are 3 of the 6 bedrooms:

One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and access to the garden. One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors out to the covered terrace and pool area.

One twin bedroom. This bedroom is not en-suite, but does have use of a guest WC in the entrance hall.

First floor accommodation:

Two bedrooms, one king size and one twin bedroom each with an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening out to a large shared terrace overlooking the pool and garden with stunning views to the Golf course and lake beyond.

Lower ground floor accommodation:

The sixth bedroom, this is a twin bedroom, and although located on the lower level, receives natural light through two windows.

Outside area:

The covered terraces are very well furnished with various areas for seating and dining whilst enjoying the lovely garden and pleasant surroundings.

The large swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m with fitted electric cover (can be heated at a supplement) is surrounded by paving and a landscaped garden. The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating for your use.
