Four-bedroom villa located in the San Lorenzo area overlooking the lake and the tee of the 18th hole of the San Lorenzo golf course. Located within a short drive of the resort’s extensive and varied facilities including a fabulous range of golf courses, restaurants, bars and boutiques.

The entrance hall has access to a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge, a central island with hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, oven and microwave and has access to the terrace.

The living room consists of two areas, one with TV and DVD player and another with fireplace, with access to the terrace, through sliding doors, where it is possible to enjoy a spacious garden and covered area with dining table for 6 people, BBQ and food preparation area and through steps access to the swimming pool (14m x 6m). Still on the ground floor is located the cloakroom and office. The villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and dining room.

The four bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first two bedrooms on the left, are twin bedrooms with two single beds that can be made as one, both have small private terraces and share a bathroom with bath and shower. On the right-hand side, the third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and bedroom four is the master suite comprising a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and access, through sliding doors, to a terrace overlooking the pool and golf course.

On the lower floor is the laundry room with washer and dryer and the garage with space for 2 vehicles. In addition, there is a space where extra beds can be placed with access to a bathroom with shower and sauna. On this floor, there is an exit to the outside area.
