Access

The property is conveniently located one hour away from the Ancona Airport (51 Km) and 50 minutes away from the A14 motorway Bologna–Taranto. Using our GPS directions, all the major navigator systems will get guests in front of the property door with no issue. The paved road is in good condition. It is possible to arrive by helicopter or small planes because of a landing field in front of the villa. There are
15 metres to reach the house from the parking spot, 5 stairs to enter and the house features three levels. The swimming pool is accessed through no stairs.
