At the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains (World Heritage Site) in the middle of the wine-growing area of Binissalem lies this historic 18th century finca, a unique jewel on the island of Mallorca. Finca Florentina a is a luxury finca with a storied past. It has a large park for multiple uses and a beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains.

The build of this luxury finca covers approx. 600 m² and is a successful combination of old walls, modern, partly puristic interior, as well as contemporary technology. High-quality parquet and terracotta floors dominate this property, which is furnished in an elegant country house style.

Outside, within the beautiful grounds you will find a painter’s studio, hacienda-style stables and riding arenas, garages and a delightful little church picturesquely nestled in the finca’s park.

The typically Mallorcian property has four hectares of land and is surrounded by almond orchards, orange, lemon, fig and olive trees.

The one-hectare park with its Mediterranean variety of plants and flowers creates a very special ambience, with its palms, cypresses, bougainvillea’s, oleanders, hibiscus and roses surrounding the residence and conveying a dreamlike Mediterranean atmosphere.

Several sunny and covered terraces are inviting and underline the charming character of this property. Sun loungers and parasols provide the setting for leisure hours by the pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi ensures a wellness feeling. A romantic pavilion also invites you to linger.

The tennis court and the riding arena are floodlit and can be reached via a path lined with oleanders and palm trees that leads past the duck pond. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, two large lounge areas with three open fireplaces, a dining room, kitchen with dining area and a study with fireplace. The living area boasts a magnificent view of the mountain range.

The large sandy beaches of Alcudia and Port de Pollenca are about 25 minutes away by car.
