A very attractive modern villa with views over the 11th fairway of the Sao Lorenco golf course, in the heart of Quinta do Lago, a quick drive to the beach, shops and restaurants.  Architecture and furnishings are contemporary and recently finished to a very high standard, making the optimum use of the lovely location.  Air conditioning is throughout and there is cable TV and wireless internet.  The infinity edged pool has lovely wooden decking and extensive poolside terraces with good pool furniture and a covered terrace with dining table and gas barbecue.

Accommodation is air conditioned throughout and includes:

Large, open plan living room with dining area, with floor to ceiling glass and sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace and garden.  At the other end of the living room from the dining area is a study room, again with floor to ceiling glass and more lovely views.  The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee maker, toaster and juicer, halogen hobs and Bosch ovens. There is a separate TV room with cable TV, including many satellite channels.

There are four bedrooms, laid out as follows:

Ground floor: two twin rooms share a shower room.  Each has a sliding door leading out to the dining terrace and pool area.

First floor: two double suites: the master suite has a four-poster bed and bathroom with bath and shower, and the a second double room also has en-suite bathroom.

Outdoors: accessed from the living room or kitchen, the dining terrace is covered and has a long wooden table with 8 chairs and beautiful views of the pool, the lawn beyond and golf course.  The barbecue is built in and gas powered.   There are other tables and chairs and places to sit quietly with a book.

The pool is large at 12m x 5m with infinity edge and wooden decking around.  There are 8 good steel and mesh loungers.  The garden is planted with shrubs and tall palms, and grass slopes down to the pines and the golf course beyond.
