Villa Kiwi
Villa Kiwi is a recently built 3 + 1 bedroom villa located in Vilas Alvas located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Set in a quiet road close to the magnificent beaches of Quinta do Lago. The resort of Dunas Douradas is only a few minutes drive.
The villa has two levels. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to an open-plan living area and kitchen. The comfortable lounge area has plenty of sitting space, there is also a flat-screen TV with English channels and a fireplace. Sliding doors give access to the pool area. Between the lounge and kitchen, we have the dining table that seats up to 8 people.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a microwave, dishwasher, hob, and fridge/freezer.
The villa has three plus a studio with a sofa bed. On the ground floor, bedroom one has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, and doors leading to a terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. studio with a sofa bed can be turned into a bedroom with a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the first floor of the villa. It has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a large balcony with views over the Algarve.
Outside there is a south-facing pool, that can be heated against an extra charge, equipped with lounges. On the first floor, there is a BBQ and a dining area to enjoy some al-fresco meals and garden furniture to enjoy the sun.
The villa also features air-con and Wi-Fi.
A really nice family villa including a great location and is located twenty minutes drive from Faro airport.
