Situated on the Pinheiros Altos Golf Resort in a quiet cul-de-sac, this is an immaculately well kept four bedroomed property overlooking the golf course and Ria Formosa beyond.

The villa boasts a heated pool (supplementary charge) and is a short walk to the clubhouse of the resort and 5 minute drive to the local restaurants and shopping.

The marbled entrance hall leads to the open plan lounge and dining area with sliding doors leading out to the terrace and pool area.

The lounge is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and open fireplace. The large wall mounted TV is complete with Internet, Cable and UK channels, DVD player and surround sound.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas/electric combination range, granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. This house has a Nespresso coffee maker so please bring your pods as they cannot be purchased in Portugal.

There is an en-suite room on this level with a sofa bed that can be used for small children or an adult.

On the 1st floor, the master suite has a large balcony with great views, and good sized en-suite featuring a double shower and separate bath.

Two further en-suites share another balcony and both rooms have beds that can be separated to create twins.

Outside and the terrace areas and garden are equipped with various seating options for ultimate comfort including sun loungers, lounge seating and a dining table and chairs.

The built in mains gas BBQ is perfect for al fresco dining. The pool can be heated at an additional cost and is 8mx4m in diameter.
