A luxury, four bedroom villa that can sleep up to 10 people, in a sought after location within the popular resort of Vale do Lobo. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the beach and Praca with its choice of International restaurants and nightly live music (from May to October).
The family friendly resort of Vale do Lobo has two championship golf courses, a tennis centre, and spa and fitness centre. There is also a kids club and mini golf to entertain the smaller members of your party.
This beautiful property is built over two levels with the entrance, main living accommodation and master bedroom being on the upper level and the other 3 bedrooms on the lower level with access to the pool and beautifully landscaped garden. The villa is alarmed and has the benefit of air conditioning, wireless internet and a Sonos music system throughout. The bedrooms and living rooms have the option for heating during the cooler winter months (supplement required) There is an electric entrance gate and private parking.
First floor/entrance level accommodation:
As you enter the villa you are welcomed into the bright and spacious, tastefully furnished, open plan living room.
The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and a large TV with Sky TV channels. The dining area has a large table and seating for 8 people.
Adjoining to the dining area is the beautiful, modern, fully equipped kitchen including two fridges, a freezer, extra wide electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and two coffee machines. The adjacent utility room has a washing Machine and a tumble Dryer.
On this upper entrance level is the master bedroom with super king size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower cubicle. Full length patio doors open out from the bedroom to the first floor terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
There is a guest WC on this level.
From the living room and master bedroom, full length patio doors open out to the large south facing terrace with electric awning to provide shade, overlooking the pool and garden area. This area is furnished beautifully with comfortable seating, large dining table with chairs for 10 people and a gas BBQ. Around to the side of the property from the terrace is a beautiful jacuzzi area and steps leading down to the pool area.
Lower ground floor accommodation:
From the entrance hall, stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, here you will find the other 3 bedrooms, all of which have direct access out to the pool and garden area.
Bedrooms two and three are furnished with twin/ king size beds that share a family bathroom with separate shower located in between them.
The fourth bedroom is set up with two bunk beds, perfect for up to 4 children (or adults) with an en-suite shower room.
Outside area:
The large pool measuring 10m x 5.5m (which can be heated at a supplement) is surrounded by paving and a landscaped garden. The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating for your use. The top level garden is where the jacuzzi is located along with a lovely shaded area with hammock, for peaceful moments out of the Algarve sun.
Please note, for families with young children, there is the possibility of a pool safety fence being erected on request (supplement required).
