Located in one of the most renowned residential neighbourhoods that once was the Jewish ghetto of Rome, right in the centre, offering the opportunity of an authentic Dolcevita Italian living, this apartment offers the plus of being walking distance to several restaurants, shops, bakeries, and great walks. Inside, guests will find a historical ambient bejewelled by contemporary and pop-art touches, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms with Cotto and resin floors. The interiors include a spacious living room, an entertainment area with a library, a billiard, and a master room on the mezzanine level. The interior of the
property measures 300 square meters, and it can accommodate a total of 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with the possibility to host 2 extra guests in 2 sofa beds. Best used for a total of ten guests.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a contemporary style with terracotta floors on the main level and resin floors on the mezzanine level. High ceilings lend an airy feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Italian residential design, such as corridors enriched in marble and stucco, are combined with contemporary touches. The house recalls traditional typologies and materials, including locally sourced marble and golden stucco decorating the billiard room and the “barrel” ceiling. However, a contemporary influence was the decision to include modern marble and ceramic sinks, pop art paintings decorating the walls, and stylish furnishing mixed with those from the 18th and 17th centuries. Trendy yet very comfortable, this is an elegant retreat with an aura blending traditional and modern Italian architecture.
The property is situated 10 minutes by car from the central railway station and 35 minutes from the airport; unauthorised vehicles are not allowed inside a pedestrian area. Taxis and private drivers can avoid this restriction and can get right in front of the main entrance. We recommend avoiding driving
inside the center of Rome. Private garages with parking at extra cost are available nearby. There are 3 staircases and 30 steps to get inside the apartment from the main palace entrance, and the house
features 2 levels.
