Living Area: As you enter into the villa, you find yourself in the entrance hall which looks into the living room down one step. The living room is shared with the dining room that looks out to the lawned garden through the patio doors. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, access to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course. Within the living area, is a door leading to a small office space.

On the basement level is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Kitchen: Adjacent to the living, dining room is a modern and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen opens up to the outdoor dining area and has a lovely flow coming through. The kitchen is stocked with appliances such as gas hob, oven, microwave, state of the art coffee machine, American style fridge freezer and much more.

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms. You have two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, and a twin bedroom on the first floor.
