Enjoying a wonderful and unique location directly above the beach of Dos Bicos with private access to the beach from the garden, this is a very beautiful and superbly furnished and equipped villa.  Restaurants, nightlife, and shopping are all within easy walking distance.  Being above the beach, the views of the sea and along the coast are superb but the location is quiet and the privacy is excellent.  A path and steps lead directly onto the beach from an attractive lawned garden with a waterfall, pool, jacuzzi, and excellent barbecue terrace.  Furnishings and layout let you make the most of relaxed indoor and outdoor living. 

ACCOMMODATION:

Entrance to the property from the private drive is through an iron gate to a pretty entrance courtyard; straight ahead is the door to the main house and the annex is on the right.

Accommodation

Is in two parts, a main house with three bedrooms and an annex with a further three.  The main house has a hallway, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast table and separate laundry, and a comfortable living room with a small dining table that has superb sea views.  There is a large summer dining room with windows all along one side that open onto the barbecue terrace, and to the pool.

Bedrooms are arranged as follows:

The master double bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a private terrace.  Next to it is a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and sea views.

There is a further king-sized bedroom on the ground floor which is adjacent to the lounge. This has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over and large windows overlooking the terrace and sea views beyond and a large desk.

The 3 annexed bedrooms are made up as follows:

With its own entrance on the ground floor level and leading directly from the courtyard is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower over.

Then up the exterior stone stairs are 2 further twin bedded rooms. One with an en-suite bath with a shower over it and the other with a shower room located across the hall.

The pool is 11m x 5m approximately with an infinity edge and can be heated at extra cost.  There is an attractive dining terrace with lovely sea views and a charcoal barbecue as well as various alternatives for seating and lounging throughout the gardens and terraces (at the edges of the garden are rock features and there are some steep parts so care should be taken with children).  The garden adjoins the beach which is a short walk down steep steps and a path.

The position is generally quiet but there is plenty in the surrounding area: local shopping is about 500m away, as are several restaurants, and you can play tennis at a nearby hotel, also a few minute’s walk.  Albufeira is about 2km and golf is all around, with several courses within a twenty-minute drive.

There is a 2nd annex to this property and the neighboring Vallabonzo. It has 2 rooms with a shared bathroom and sleeps 4. Additional costs apply if this is required.
