What is unique about Kahale is that although you are surrounded by the 27 stunning holes of the Pinheiros Altos golf course, this villa cannot be seen from the course. Bringing with it the element of privacy sometimes lacking in built up residential developments within the Algarve.
Ground Floor
Boasting a large open plan living room with sofas and a charming wood burning fire. Alcoves full of books, DVD’s and children’s games, a TV snug with DVD player, two large sofas, a formal dining area with a table and plenty of chairs.

The newest addition to the villa is a garden annex made up of a double bed with a small kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and furnished with a sofa bed and TV. A perfect solution for teenagers, nannies or overflow guests.
First Floor
Two double suites make up the upstairs. The master suite is king sized with its own TV and its own Juliet balcony. A seating area and fitted wardrobes.
Then a statement conjoined double levelled balcony spans the first floor with superb views of the surrounding scenery. Owing to its split levels there is plenty of room for privacy at this level. You have sun loungers and umbrellas on the balcony, many different seating areas, some parts are covered and have a dining table and chairs. There is a sofa and further sun loungers and benches. This is shared with the guest suite.
The guest suite is a further double. Both rooms at this level have large en-suite bathrooms. The master with a bathtub and shower overhead, with his and her sinks and the guest with a large walk in shower.
