In a perfect location just below the lighthouse on the east side of Cap d’Antibes, this is an outstanding villa, just recently fully re-modelled and refurbished throughout to an excellent standard. It has very good sea views and direct access to the Chapel on the Cap, from which you can enjoy magnificent views at sunset. The beaches of Salis and Garoupe are within walking distance. The old town of Antibes and the Picasso museum are about half an hour’s walk, and there are plenty of very good restaurants in the area. There is air conditioning throughout, wireless internet, heated pool and Sky TV.
ACCOMMODATION
Being on a hillside, the house has three levels with a steep drive. Entrance is to the first floor which is open plan with plenty of light and sea views from most parts. The living room has Sky TV and a fireplace, with French windows leading to the pool area. The dining area has a large oval table seating 8 and cushioned chairs. Steps lead up to the kitchen and hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge freezer, oven, microwave and ceramic hobs, and a breakfast table.
There are five double bedrooms laid out as follows:
- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath
- Bedroom 2 on the ground floor has en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3 on the first floor (with living and dining rooms): double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with bath
- Bedroom 4 on the second floor with dressing room and en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 5 on the second floor, with shower room.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 can access the roof terrace which has more lovely views.
Outside areas make the most of the location with large dining table for up to 10 and hammock on the upstairs dining terrace, as well as gas barbecue. From here, steps lead down to the pool which is 10m x 5m approx, with umbrellas, 6 good loungers and other seats.
This villa has air conditioning, WIFI and Bluetooth stereo (so that you can bring your own music on an iPad or similar).
