Located in the Parque Atlantico area and with large grounds, this traditional Quinta property is well suited for a family break. Good, comfortable furnishings, lots of space both inside and outside the property and with a south facing garden for those long summer days!

The marble hallway leads through to the open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors taking you out to the pool, terraces and gardens beyond.

The modern and fully fitted breakfast kitchen off from the dining room is finished with every convenience needed for the budding chef and includes a wine cooler for those hot days. There are also further sliding doors here taking you straight out to the patio areas.

A separate TV room on this level provides additional comfort and space.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor:

Bedroom 3: King sized bed with a pull out trundle bed and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors to the terraces outside

Bedroom 4: King sized bed with en-suite bath and shower over, also with doors to outside.

Bedroom 5: Twin bedded room with an additional child’s bed, en-suite bath with shower over, dressing room area and doors to outside.

On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Super king sized bed in a very large room with an equally large en-suite bathroom, separate shower and double sink. There is a balcony off the bedroom and also a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens.

Bedroom 2: Is equally large in both the bedroom and the en-suite.

Outside there are lots of different options for seating:

A large covered terrace for dining with a table to fit 12 alongside the gas barbecue.

There is also a wonderful pergola, lounge seating around the pool, occasional tables and chairs and comfortable chairs to relax in.

The large pool can be heated and is gently sloping to the deep end with steps at one end for access.
