A classical five bedroom villa located in the exclusive area of Quinta Verde in Quinta do Lago.  Quinta Verde is within walking distance (or a quick drive) from Quinta do Lago Shopping centre, with its abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Championship golf courses are plentiful and all within driving distance.   Quinta Verde offers 24/7 security, a well equipped gym and massage parlour for guests use.

Leading in from the grand entrance way into the hall, the open and light TV Lounge is equipped with UK channels.  Large and comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a unique viewing balcony from staircase allows for plenty of light.

Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining area with table and chairs, here you have access to the al fresco dining on the terrace by way of patio doors through french doors you reach the modern and fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Facilities such as American Fridge/Freezer and Nespesso Coffee Machine.

Back in the hall you’ll find your way to laundry facilities and 2 of the five bedrooms.

On the ground floor level the bedrooms are both twin bedded rooms with en-suite bath/shower rooms.  The green bedroom has access to the garden and seating areas of the terrace.

On the first floor, two master suites one with a double bed and the other twin beds. Have their own private balconies and en-suite bathrooms.

At basement level there is a snug with TV and a further twin bedroom with natural light and en-suite bathroom.  Also internal access to the Garage.

Outside has been recently updated with the addition of a shaded pergola and pool heating and does have a manual pool cover.  The south facing pool is a good 11m x 5m in size and has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.  Also a large gas BBQ and even an outdoor shower.
