Occupying a superb location within walking distance of the beach and of the lake this is a comfortable house for up to twelve.  Styled in typical Portuguese decor this property has a traditional feel to it. The pool has a removable fence. The sixth bedroom is in a separate annex which is ideal for teenagers or grandparents.

Accommodation includes entrance hall and cloakrooms, large living room (cable TV and DVD) and separate dining room leading out to open and shaded terraces and pool. The breakfast kitchen is fully equipped with a separate utility room. There is a separate dining area inside and another outdoors at the barbecue area. On the ground level are four twin bedrooms, one with shower room and the others with bathrooms (with shower over bath). Outside with steps down to the entrance door is the 6th bedroom which is a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. On the first floor is a large master bedroom with king size bed, cable TV, dressing area and bathroom.

There is plenty of outside space including off road parking, lawned gardens with mature shrubs and trees creating ample privacy.  All in all this is a very comfortable and homely Villa.
