A beautiful four bedroom house in the popular Quinta das Salinas area close to all the amenities of the prestigious Quinta do Lago.  Due to its elevated position the living room and terrace beyond have very pleasant views.  Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach.

Enter from the drive to the entrance hall with guest bathroom.  Double doors open in to the the open plan living area.  The living room with large comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace face the sliding doors out to the terrace with its large dining table and chairs. On the ground floor are bedrooms 3 and 4.  One double and one twin, both are en-suite bathrooms with massage baths.

The first floor has the spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (massage bath), cable TV and leading to a private sun terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a double with views onto the pool and garden and has en-suite bathroom (corner massage bath).

The outside of house has a sheltered area with outdoor sofa and coffee table.  A further table and chairs are placed in the garden in the sunshine and the pool is surrounded with good quality sun loungers.
